What's the difference between group and 1:1 coaching?

Group coaching offers community support and shared experiences with up to 20 women, meeting weekly for 75 minutes. 1:1 coaching is completely personalized with private 60-minute sessions on a flexible schedule. Both use the same RECLAIMING YOU framework differently with personalized focus in 1:1 along with individualized support between sessions.

How do I know which program is right for me — group or 1:1?

Both programs use the complete RECLAIMING YOU framework and will take you through the full transformation journey. The difference is in the container and the depth of personalization.

The group program is powerful in a way that 1:1 work simply can't replicate — there's something that happens when you're surrounded by women who understand exactly where you've been. The collective energy accelerates breakthroughs in ways that still surprise me. It's also the more accessible entry point investment-wise.

The 1:1 program is for the woman who knows she needs more — more depth, more personalization, more direct attention to her specific patterns and story. Everything is built around her and her alone. If you're carrying layers of complexity — significant loss, long-term caregiving, deep self-abandonment — the 1:1 container often creates faster and more profound results.

Is this therapy?

No — and it's important to understand the difference. Therapy is a licensed mental health service that diagnoses and treats clinical conditions, often by processing the past in depth over an extended period. What I do is coaching and hypnotherapy, which is focused on your present patterns and your future direction.

That said, this work goes deeper than most coaching. We work with the subconscious mind, the nervous system, and the emotional patterns that have been running your life — which means it can feel profound and sometimes surprising. Many of my clients have also worked with therapists and find this work complements that beautifully.

What if my emotions are too much?

They're not. I promise.

This question breaks my heart a little every time I hear it — because it tells me exactly how long you've been shrinking yourself to make others comfortable. The belief that your emotions are too much, too messy, too inconvenient is itself one of the patterns we're here to release.

In this work, there is no "too much." There is only what's true for you in that moment. I've sat with women through grief, rage, decades of buried feelings, and the kind of crying that comes from finally being seen. Can I switch from group to 1:1 (or vice versa)?

Once you start a program format, we recommend completing it in that format for the best experience. However, if circumstances change, contact us to discuss options.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't stick — how is this different?

Most coaching works at the surface level — it helps you think differently, set goals, and create accountability. And that's valuable. But if you've done that work and still find yourself falling back into the same patterns, it's not because you didn't try hard enough. It's because the patterns running your life aren't living in your conscious mind. They're stored much deeper — in your nervous system, your subconscious beliefs, and the stories you formed about yourself long before you had words for them.

What happens after 12 weeks?
